 E-mailers Anonymous is a support group for those people who have been swept past the level where e-mail is just for fun, and have fallen into the deep abyss where e-mail has taken over every aspect of their lives. Just read the following statements, and see how many apply to you... You wake up at 3 a.m. to go to the bathroom, and check your e-mail on the way back to bed. Your firstborn child is named Dot.com, Dot.net, or Dot.org. You turn off your modem and are suddenly filled with a feeling of emptiness, as if you just pulled the plug on a loved one. You kiss your monitor goodnight, but not your family You have forgotten your childrens' names because they never e-mail you. You decide to stay in college for an additional year or two, just for the free Internet access. You find yourself typing "com" after every period.com You contemplate during your entire plane trip putting your child in the overhead compartment and your laptop in your lap. You refer to going to the bathroom as downloading. When contemplating moving to a new city, you check out Internet Access before checking out the school system for your children. You move into a new home and decide to Netscape before you landscape. You have to visit your doctor about a neck injury from tilting your head sideways to smile. :) Test Results: If at least one of the above statements describe you, then you may be addicted to e-mail.
